The Lagos Highcourt has released the passport of Dr.
Wale Babalakin, Chairman, BiCourtney Group of Companies to enable him
to travel to South Africa for medical treatment
The passport was earlier seized by the Lagos High Court in Ikeja over
his trial for allegedly transferring about N4.7bn belonging to Delta
State to Mauritius in favour of the convicted former governor of the
state, James Ibori, in 2006.
