PHOTOS - Dino Melaye & Other Demonstrators, Protesting Pension Thief Sentence

The much-proposed demonstration by Civil Society Organizations (CSO) took place today. Nigerians trooped out in hundreds to protest the light sentence handed down to the former director of Police Pension Board, John Yakubu Yesufu by an Abuja High Court.

The protest which started at the Ministry of Justice was led by Dino Melaye with members of National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) and others.

The group called for the removal of Justice Abubakar Talba. Some the their placards reads " Jankara judgement for pension thief " , "N23,billion is equal to N750,000", "Justice Abubakar Talba SHAME !!! .
