Deeper Life International Headquarters to Be Commissioned on April 24

Contrary to early speculations about the official commissioning of the Deeper Life Christian Ministry’s International Headquarters, located on  2- 10, Ayodele Okeowo, Gbagada, Lagos, the Church has announced the new date for the ceremonial opening of the 45,000 capacity wonder cathedral.

Topsyoba.com gathers via the Church’s Monday Bible Study Broadcast on 9 April, that the new date for the official commissioning of the ultra modern auditorium is fixed for 24 April, 2018, as against the February 2014 and 2017 watch night service previously announced, by some media reports.

The unique church auditorium will be commissioned by 11:00am, under the distinguished chairmanship of his Excellency, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, with other side attractions like special musical cantata by the Deeper Life Choir, and other dignitaries in attendance. However, attendance would be strictly by invitation.

The interesting thing about the commissioning is that everyone can be viewing the ceremony from anywhere they are through the following platforms:
  • LTM Transmission
  • Webcast.dclm.org
  • YouTube.com/dclmhq
  • twitter.com/dclmhq
  • facebook.com/dclmhq
According to an inside source, the construction of the cathedral commenced about 13 years ago, and the structure was later expanded along the line to accommodate an underground park, which  would take  about 160 cars.

Built like a stadium, our source revealed that the construction of the Deeper Life Christian Ministry International Headquarters costs nothing less than over N4 billion, with every kobo of it generated from the pockets of church members in Nigeria with generous contributions from Deeper Life churches abroad.

Topsyoba.com reports that the commissioning of the Deeper Life International Headquarters is coming barely two months, after the Lagos State Governor Ambode, commissioned multiple projects executed by the Church in the Gbagada area of Lagos.

Projects commissioned by the Governor included a link bridge on Oduwaiye Street, Gbagada, traffic lights on a number of streets and a 600 capacity multilevel car park, all built from the contributions of members of the church across the country.

The execution of these projects beat the Governor’s imagination so much, that he has urged all
other religious groups and private sector organizations in the state, to follow the Deeper Life example and  provide similar support to the government, adding that a lot will be achieved and in a very short time in improving the quality of infrastructure in the state.
