Closure Of Pentecostal Churches In Cameroon: Is It Right?



The News is everywhere that the Cameroon's President, Paul Biya has ordered the closure of nearly 100 Christian churches in key cities.

However, the Pentecostal pastors said the move is evidence of Biya's insecurity about the churches' criticism of the government.

For whatever reason it is, the question is, how lawful is it for a president to deny the people their rights to religion?
