DEATH TRAP! Holes Spotted On Pedestrian Bridge-PHOTOS

The pedestrian bridge in question is that at Iyana oworo, just at the
foot of third mainland bridge. The holes are not very big at the
moment, however its said that "a stitch in time saves nine". So
if you know somebody who knows somebody, please draw
