Why You Need To Manage Your Stress







Authorities in the field of psychology have asserted at different times that stress is common to all and sundry, consciously or unconsciously. More so, recent occurrences in our society today have put paid to this point as some known figures have quietly gone to the grave beyond, due to unexplained reasons, which could be traced to stressful related conditions.


 The most recent of these occurrences was the passing away of a member of the House of Representatives, representing Ifako Ijaiye Constituency of Lagos State, Hon. Elijah Adewale, who slumped and died on Thursday July 21, in his Abuja residence. He was said to have attended the caucus meeting of the House of Representatives the previous day before his sudden death. He was 65 years old.

Another was the death of the two former coaches of Nigeria, Stephen Keshi, June 8, and Amodu Shuaibu, June 11, which dealt a tragic blow to the entire country and particularly football fans. For the late Keshi, he was said to have died of Cardiac arrest, while his deceased colleague died in his sleep.
